Despite the fact that it’s derived from coconuts, it’s still a surfactant that can cause skin irritation. So, yes, environmentally these are an improvement over conventional detergents, but the ingredients are by no means ideal.
That being said, these detergent sheets are good at cleaning clothes. Some stains may need pretreatment, but that’s to be expected. At about $0.19 per load, you can’t really beat the price, so as long as you don’t have sensitive skin or allergies, they’re worth a try.
